I attempt to make the most of every task I am given weather it is for school, work, or a personal project. Every opportunity is a learning opportunity and every chance you take is another opportunity to improve one step more.
My passion comes from creativity
Being able to to make my thoughts come to life is what makes me excited about designing. When it comes to designing a webspace, there are multiple aspects I try to include to ensure that the webpage will be successful.
Uniqueness
Having a design that stands out ensures that users will be left with a lasting impression of your website.
Conciseness
Users appreciate fast and easy access to information. Keep everything short and sweet to create a better user experience.
Usability
Make sure you view your website on multiple devices when making edits so that switching between devices does not alter the design and flow of the webpage.
Cohesiveness
Each page and/or section of a webpage should have a nice flow. You want the design of each page/sections to fit together. For example, do not make one page black and yellow and the next green and red. Having one or two common colors on each page is any easy way to make the design flow well on each page.
Simplicity
It is great to be creative and play with different backgrounds and patters and colors, but be careful. You do not want the design to be too busy as it can make it difficult to read/see text or take away focus from the content of the page (which is the most important part).
Have fun
Being simple does not mean you cannot have fun with your design. Although you do want a simple design, you also do not want it too simple or else the webpage will look boring or too similar to other pages. Most webpages are black and white, try contrasting two different color to make your page stand out.
